The product was as advertised. The hook was bent from the shipping process, but I was able to straighten out by hand. Other than that, the product will serve its purpose. The suction cup is strong and stays in place. The clock hands are a little hard to move into place, but nothing too bad. I really needed something to go on my door so people would stay away while I was having my lunch break. Thank you!
