Great product but horrible user interface for ordering. We order anywhere from 1-10 of these at a time and almost always we need a tech support call to get the order through. Customer Service Reps are always helpful and friendly, but it's frustrating to have to call them. Typical problems are that once you change the info, it doesn't let you check out., If you order more than 1 sign, you can't see proofs of each one, and there are very limited options on fonts and sizing options (Example: Line 1 you may want bigger and line 2 a little smaller)
