It's a good sign, I was just expecting the plastic to be a little thicker, sturdier...it's pretty bendy. But it will be great in our window. The company was actually very kind (and prompt) in replacing our first order which arrived broken in half, due to bad packaging which I communicated to the seller. They immediately responded and let me know they were replacing my order-that was very nice and greatly appreciated. My replacement order arrived quickly and overall I'm satisfied with the sign.
