• Don't use harmful things like drugs. Instead, you can go for a walk, take a bike ride, play a game with a friend, or help your parents around the house.
• At school, make good friends. Hang with those kids who don't use drugs, and don't let older kids tell you that drugs won't hurt you. They will.
• Your body is still growing, and drugs and alcohol can really hurt it. Drugs are dangerous and against the law for all kids.
• If anyone, even a friend, offers you drugs or tries to get you to do something you don't want to do, don't do it. Say "no thanks" or "my parents would be so mad." Then make an excuse and get away.
